I started playing an iOS based game on my iPhone about two years ago. The game was fun, and cheap, as in FREE. It was created by Funzio, Inc. Somewhere in the spring of 2012, Gree bought Funzio.

After Gree assumed control of the game, Modern War, things began to go downhill. Gree began to charge outrageous prices to play an iPhone based game. For example, Gree charged $100 to buy a vault of FAKE gold. The FAKE gold was used to buy in game items, and use to refill FAKE ammo.

Gree then created factions. This made th game more social, like many Japanese based games. Gree created “kompu gacha”, a scam that cheated Japanese consumers. They imported a form of “kompu gacha” into Modern War, and began cheating and scamming their consumers. I might add that this form of gaming is actually GAMBLING, and many players became addicted to the scam.

Gree began to rake in profits, all the while destroying families, marriages, and people’s lives. That is when Gree began sending employees as shills to lead or join factions to encourage people to spend money. These shills soon owned the game, and people bagn spending more money to try and defeat them. That was impossible.

Gree would also employ hackers, offer them cash and free gold to to hack players’ accounts, steal their stuff, and make them lose. But, one hacker; “MickyMcIRL”, and still a player in the game developed a way to record all traffic into Gree’s servers and out to the gamer. Micky would then use that data to hack into the player’s account, steal their stuff, and disrupt their game.

It is said that Micky destroyed several games and players in the process. His masters at Gree rewarded him with millions of FREE FAKE gold, lots of game trinkets, and cash amounting to about $250,000. Micky resides safely in Ireland, and has bragged he can’t be touched by EU or US authorities. He uses his pharmaceutical employer’s equipment to do this, or so it is said. Oddly enough, Micky, is a computer consultant in his day job; and a PAID HACKER in his off time by Gree.

The final item is the recent addition of “bait & switch”, offering one prize for completing a challenge, and then changing the prize to a lesser prize AFTER you compete the challenge. This has happened five times in the last two weeks.

Lastly, Gree, has begun offering gambling challenges. You are required to defeat someone say, eight times. In Gree’s warped, perverted, corrupted mind; that means you defeat them 100 times, because only some of the defeats are TRUE defeats. This defies the splash screen that’s ays you need only defeat BAD GUY eight times to win. But, Gree decides which eight wins are valid. As I said, that may mean 100 defeats, to gain eight wins. That means you spend MORE FAKE GOLD. That puts more money in Gree’s corrupt, “kompu gacha” pockets.

It also means it takes MORE out of your unsuspecting pocket. But, the social aspect (Kompu Gacha) drives the foolish, futile, frenzy to do it for your faction.

This post is not the truth

i personally know the person who wrote this. He used to be on my team in the game. He is bitter about the money he spent in the game after that fact. the game can be played for free, but has always had the option to spend money, despite the claims made here. There are many such games on the market today, and agree is no different. Almost all the points that have been listed in this complaint are complete fabrications that this person has continued to try to disparage both Gree, and some of the members of his former team. He was removed from the team for hacking, as this was totally against the rules established. Gree is not a perfect company. The game has many glitches and problems. Anyone is free to stop playing at anytime, and this individual is still playing the game to this date, despite all of his complaints.
