Green Credit Solutions (Non-solutions is more apporpriate - actually crooks is best) Now known as Guardian Credit Services My family (brother, step son, and myself) was ripped off by Green Credit Solutions Irvine, California

We are victims of Green Credit Solutions fraudulent claims. During the months of September to November of 2008, my step son, my brother, and I enlisted the aid of Green Credit Solutions to help in restructuring our mortgages. We opted for Green Credit based on the claims that made to all of us.

All of us paid an up-front fee for these service. My step son and I paid $3500 for our homes and my brother paid $7000 for his two homes. We were all told in a subliminal manner, but with strong emphasis, that we would have a better chance of getting a restructuring if we were behind in our mortgage payments. So we followed through with this and stopped making our home payments.

With each passing month it became more apparent that Green Credit was giving us stalling tactics, misinformation, and out right lies. Contacts they said had been made with our mortgage companies never happened or happened only in a cursory manner.

In May of 2009 it was quite apparent that Green Credit had no intention of ever attempting to meet the claims it made to all of us.

I went into bankruptcy, my step son is trying to sell his home short, and my brother is working with his banks on his own.

In July I filed a claim against Green Credit Solutions with the new agency established by Jerry Brown, Attorney General of California. I received a copy of a desist and refrain order from his office directed to Green Credit Solutions and the specific individuals within the company. The document clearly outlines several areas where Green Credit Services was specifically out of compliance with several California codes. That if had intentionally mislead its clients - specifically about the attorneys they said they had (they had none) and that the funds from its clients went into their general fund rather than into trust fund account to held until the completion of their obligations (contract). It mentioned several victims of Green Credit as evidence of its misdeeds.

Immediately after this order from the Attorney General, Green Credit Solutions disappeared and within two weeks emerged again as Guardian Credit Services. They are the same company and they are still conducting business as usual.

What I want to do is to get in touch with Green Credit Services other victims and determine if any legal action has been instituted against them. If not, then I feel that we, the victims of Green Credit Solutions, need to pull our ranks together and work to start legal proceedings against Green Credit Solutions. This company and the people that run the company are criminals in every sense of the word. They need to be brought to court to face their crimes and to pay restitution to the people they have victimized.
