The Rep. by the name of Mark portrayed to b a certified Green dot employee... He verified his affiliation & then requested my info to assure me my money was available, once he got info he directed me to store to make sure they cleared their end so I can reload my card but once I attempted that I was told my card was invalid with $0 after I paid, had receipt, & him tell me $160 was on my card.... once I had store clerk infront of me attempt to inform him of the ensufficient info he hung up several times on me then took line off hook where no contact was available
