I went to load $250 onto my card as I have loaded money many times before and they decided that all of a sudden my card is not a valid green dot card. They then asked me to go and get another card. Well when you go and get a new card you have to load $20 dollars minimum on it and pay 9.95 to activate the card well I do not and can not afford or want to spend anymore money on this. When I called back I just got one person transferring me to another and eventually hung up on. I finally got through and will have to wait a week to get my money back. I guess I will find out if I do or not. I suggest no one use this company it has cost me alot of money and time that I do not have. I own my own business and have probably lost alot of customers costing me hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

"... they decided that all of a sudden my card is not a valid green dot card."

Something is missing from your story.  'They' don't suddenly decide things for no reason, they have rules and a users agreement.  Are you sure it hadn't expired?

And what does owning your own business, etc., have to do with this at all?
