Green Gifford Nissan is absolutely the worst place to get your car serviced and repaired. They never gave me a straight answer to this day.

My nightmare started 3 months ago when I asked a friend of mine who has been a mechanic for over 20 years to look at a minor oil leak I was having on my nissan. He told me I needed to get my gaskets repaired because it was leaking.

I went to Green Gifford Nissan and asked them to repair my oil leak. While there, I had the passenger side electric window fixed even though it stilled worked off and on. My repair bill cost me $831.02. The oil leak repair cost around me $500 alone.

Anyways, they returned my car. A couple days later I find a huge puddle of fluid under my car. I even soaked up samples to show them.

After they returned my car, I was charged a $48 diagnostic fee and I was told my car was not leaking. They returned my samples and didn't know what it was. Morever, they suggested another $1000 in repairs that I should look into. I was still upset but it was right before the christmas holidays, so I had to put this issue on the back burner.

Well next couple of weeks my car was still leaking like before. I went back to Green Gifford Nissan to complain about my leak since their work was still guaranteed.

This time I went to Mr. Henly Powell who is the service department leader at Green Gifford. I told him about my car being returned to me with a major leak. He didn't seem to care about my prior grievances about my initial repair.

Now they changed their story and now reverse what they said earlier after my car was repaired and now say I had a leak. Not only did I leave with the same oil leak after a nearly $900 repair. They are also found a $1000 repair job for a tranmission leak!

They can't get away with this and tell people they have no leak and in turn tell them they have a leak later. I was so frustrated by this point.

Well I paid another $1275.53 in repair bills. Some of it was legit on worn parts but the nearly $1000 on my tranmission repair, I felt was not my fault.

Don't get your car repaired by Green Gifford Nissan. Their new-state-of-thea-art-facility which they said features the most current diagnostic and repair equipment available is the same thing I used in my home garage. My eyes! All they did to diagnose my major NEW leak was visually. I was told they stuck it on a ramp and waited to see a leak. They said they saw none. I could of done that!

I left my nissan with Green Gifford to fix a minor oil leak. They returned my car with a MAJOR FLUID LEAK PROBLEM. Something happened to my car when it went in for service. Don't trust them. They will never give you any straight answers on anything.
