Green Moving Inc. If you like poor customer service and be at a loss of 3,000 dollars..... dont use them... Tarzana California

The Delivery company gives you a quote on how much it will cost us to move from state to state, but when they arive at your place they don't weigh your things like they are suppose to. They just looked at our stuff and said you have alot more things than you said and they raised the price right then and there. we only had about 5 more boxes then we said and they raised the price 1,000 dollars more. the company couldnt even tell us how 5 more boxes raised the price 1,000 dollars. then they tell you they only take cash. we waited all day for them to come and they didn't show up untill late that evening. they don't even have there own delivery trucks, they use uhaul trucks. that seemed a little fishy. but it was a last minute thing so we couldnt cancel. They ask you what day do you want your thing to arrive on;and what ever date we pick, they will deliver on that date. they assured us that our things would be there on that specific date. that date came and i called them to make sure that our things would arrive on that date. the supervisor said," yes, it will be there and the driver will call you an hour before they arrive. They never came that day! the next day came and i called the office and the supervisor said," oh we have up to 21 business days to deliver our things. she kept reassuring that our thing will be there that day. this company keeps givimg us the run around and wouldn't return our calls or answer them. It's almost been 3 weeks now and we still don't have our things. everytime we ask them them to show good customer service and compensate us, both companies tell you that they don't compensate. They also can't reasure me that my things are there and intact in there warehouse. Still out of 3,000 dollars and we are spend extra money to buy things to survive off of because our things have not been delivered yet. we advise everyone not to use this company or you will learn the hard way like we did. to reasure you what companies we are talking about would be: Green Moving Inc.  They are subcontracted through First Call Moving and Transport.  S o keep your eyes out for these companies. They are great scamers.
