I don't even know where to begin with this nightmare.  First, the movers never showed up on the day they were supposed to pick up my stuff.  They waited until 6 o'clock that evening to tell me they would be there first thing in the morning.  They finally showed up at noon the next day.

Four days later, they contacted me and told me they would need an additional $400 to deliver my goods.  They refused to provide me with any paperwork backing up why they needed more money, just that they wouldn't deliver without an additional $400.  I immediately wired the money, and was told they would deliver my property within 21 business days.  After that they stopped answering calls. Over a month and a half later, after threat of legal action, they finally delivered my goods.

One box was completely missing.  They said they'd bring it by if they found it.  Multiple boxes were opened and re-taped shut with a different colored tape.  We immediately found multiple items removed from bubble wrap. You could actually tell where they used box cutters to rip the bubble wrap and steal items out leaving just bubble wrap behind.  Over 1,200 worth of property stolen.

Furthermore, they destroyed my freezer door in the move.  They also only delivered part of the kitchen table, with hardware missing.  My beds were delivered without the frames.

I contacted the movers.  They asked me to email them a detailed list of what was destroyed and stolen.  I emailed them the next day.  I called a week later and all they would tell me was that it was "in claims and someone would contact me in 48 hours."  That was last August.  When I called to speak to "Mark", the agent who I spoke to, the receptionist would only tell me that he was busy and would call me later.  After a few attempts to reach "Mark" about this, the company just doesn't answer anymore.

They also refuse to give me a bill of lading number, stating that I don't need one.

I filed a complaint with the bbb.  The complaint was closed due to lack of response, however, I was told that they were not bbb certified in spite of advertising on their website.  I have filed a complaint with the D.O.T.  I'm still waiting to hear back from them.

Do not use these guys, they blatantly steal and lie to your face.  When confronted, they refuse to answer their phones.
