I put this dispute on my credit card 866-519-5308GREEN TEA 866-5195308 UT Dated February 25, 2009 for $79.95. I signed up for a risk free trial which they said they would send you your next shipment in two weeks after you place your order even though they say it takes 3 months to find out of the product will work for you. I attempted to contact the merchant to cancel and cannot get any answer by phone. When I tried to email, the company that I got claims they are not the same company.

Their terms say (when you make a purchase) you can cancel at any time if you return the last bottle they sent you but you must do it within two weeks of placing your order which gives you no time to try the product and you must download a cancellation form and fill out with your return, but you can't download the form. The link does not work.

I did get someone to answer the phone today. He directed me to a web site that is different from the one where I placed my order and where I tried to cancel before, as you can probably tell by the web address. He directed me to where I could download the cancellation form. I kept him on the phone until I got it downloaded. In order to cancel they want you to sign that you won't get any money back. The site I was directed to today is: www.millionairemission.biz. This is how they teach you to be a millionaire, rip people off. I got the cancellation form at: www.millionairemission.biz/healthcancelform.pdf

This form give them the ability to charge you for their overpriced product for at least two months before you are able to cancel. And they want you to sign away your right to a refund if they let you cancel.

I've reported it to my local police but due to an overdose of caffiene, I think he thought I was a bit nuts. Anything that says "Risk free trial" probably is not risk free. Always read every word of anyone's conditions before agreeing to it. Chance are if they are crooks, it will be obvious when you read their "conditions". Don't buy anything on the internet from anyone you haven't done business with before. Or thoroughly check them out beforehand on sites like this. Beware that their true identity may be impossible to figure out.
