This company specializes in victimizes inexperienced staff memebers who answer the phone at doctors offices. They get the persons name first of all so that he or she is now responsible for ordering unwanted toner and drum cartrdges. 

One of their favorite ploys is to ask the person answering the phone what the make and model is of the copier near them. Being used to helping, the staff member gives out the info. Then,  within a day or two, a shipment of toner for that copier shows up with the persons' name on who answered the phone! With a big bill of course. We have even just gotten bills with no toner!! Gutsy!

Luckily I have a small office and know exactly where and who my toner comes from. Actually receiving the unordered crap only happened once to me years ago. Then I took charge:

Recommendation:

COVER the model number of all copiers in your office with this note:

"Do not ever give out this number. If anyone calls and asks for it, HANG UP!" ( and tell newbies the drill too of course.)

My office was called regularly by these scam artists. After we figured this out, and if no one was around, we would often SCREAM loudly into the phone,  before hanging up or blow a whistle we kept near the phone.It slowed them down after a while. Good fun!

To the ripoff report people:Please check your ripoff report that lists this same company but the topic actually says it is about Linda at derm ofc because it is NOT! It is about these guys so if Rip-off reports allowed the topic to be changed that would really be bad. I will be watching to make sure mine stays intact on these creeps. Linda's story is pretty sad.

Also, I see these creeps have controlled all bad google and yelp reviews on themselves so someone needs to fight back!!!
