Green Tree Aka Conseco Worst harrasment I've ever experienced RIPOFF Saint Paul Minnesota

My husband and I purchased a mobile home through Conseco (now Greentree) about 4 years ago. During that time we have hit some rough patches financially. A certain rep named Missy must be assigned to our loan because she is the one that calls all the time. She has never used foul language with me but she refuses to work out any payment arrangements. She is not understanding in the least about our financial troubles and calls the house at least 10+ times a day. I've finally quit answering her calls because I know that she is unwilling to work something out.

Now she is calling my in-laws and my parents and telling them about all of my late payments. She calls from daylight to dark,7 days a week, and even calls from her personal cell phone trying to trick me into answering her calls. I have explained the situation numerous times, but the folks at Green Tree do not seem to care.

I regret the day I ever puchased this home through them, and if it weren't for my children I'd tell them to come and get the stupid thing so they would get off my back! And to beat it all, our original purchase price was only $40,000,and we're paying it for 30 years so by the time we get it paid for we will have paid them over $154,000! You think they would be satisfied with that and just let you pay for your home in peace.

Please anyone who is trying to purchase a home, if you get approved through Green Tree (aka Conseco, Green Point) DO NOT sign the papers!! I know from experience what kind of misery you will be in for!
