Green Tree services took over my loan from GMAC and they did a loan modification, where I went from 5% to 6.125% 30 to 40 years and add over $148.000 in fees. my original payment was $ 3600 and went up to $4100 a couple of monts later $4230 and currently $4310 but not happy with BLOOD they are going to increase the payments to $5.448.67
I have call several times and spoke to many agents. I have inquire about new
charges to the escrow account. They reply telling me they will fax copy of the payments and they never did
Also try to talk to Ladlyh Brown who is in charge of my account never in the office left 3 messages already from the 4th 5th and 10th of September.
They ask me why after 15months I just ask for paper wor related to the charges, they are cinic and they dont have any respect for people and they think they doing a service.
I am calling and calling till somebody answear about all this charges
But fustrated If i steal A gallon of milk I will go to jail $4.25 and these people take 100 of dollars out of my pocket and they are asking me why I need proof of this charges?
Answer: " YES, LENDERS ARE TO PERFORM A RETROACTIVE ESCROW ANALYSIS AT THE TIME OF THE LOAN MODIFICATION TO ENSURE THAT THE CAPITALIZED DELINQUENT PAYMENTS REFLECT THE ACTUAL ESCROW
This is what the law says and that's what I was inform at the signing of the loan modification.

I am working with senators on a good solid solution for the issues with unethical lending practices. Any information people can share with me will be forward to senators.I have submitted a wide of solutions that will work if implemented. The current organazations that the senators are sending people to for help are not helping that is why I believe we need a new typ of watch dog that can have immediate results.
