I'am living in my fathers trailer my name is no were on any papers but i've always paid this payment for them.Needless to say i have a family of four and my husband has a seasonal job that at this time startes to slow down by sept,so sometimes i do get behind.Then i start getting phone calls from one person in the pa office he is very rude and it does get to the point of harassment.He will say things like you must get out of the trailer by this day he is very unwilling to talk in a civil manner once he even decided to start yelling at me and told me he wouldn,t except any of my payments which i had already made through another lady he said he would stop the payment before it went through.

When i requested to speak with someone else he refused.I also asked if i could get the number of a home office he also refused that..I told him from now on i would deal with someone else.I called every where to try and get another number finally found it called told the lady on the other end what i was told about stopping payment she stated that he could not do that and gladly went in to see if my payment was still active it was ..This man has no reason to talk to people in the manner that he does he will call day in and day out he will get very rude threatening if you speak with him..This company is the worst i have ever had to deal with..

I'd be curious to know the name of your Rep from the Wexford, PA office... Just for your own piece of mind... in October of 2007 the Wexford, PA office of GT was closed and all of the employee's who worked there are no longer employed by GT - Most of the accounts if not all were moved to the Regional Office I work in (It's in NH) I dont know how other offices in the company operate as I have never been to them but I do know that in NH we follow all the collection Rules and guidelines and if you ask to speak to manager you will never be refused that - however I will let you in on a little secret - your Rep is more app to be more flexable with you when it comes to payments then the managers are - they are very by the book - Your Rep in most cases will let you pay the min amount to keep you out of default if thats all you can afford at the time - the managers will make you pay 100% current thru the month your in as that is what you agree'd to pay when you signed your contract.

Example: If your payment is $500 a mo and you are behind Jan 1sts payment and feb 1sts payment and you speak to your rep on Feb 16th - if you havent been hanging up on your Rep all month or havent broken tons of promises in the past and you explain your situation - i'd be willing to bet you Rep will offer to set up just Jan's $500 and will even give you till the last day of feb to come up with the money - BUT, if you refuse payment and ask to speak to a Manager - I'll be willing to be the MGR requires you to pay what you are due for s of that day $1000 and if you can not make the payment - most likley you account will be defaulted because again - you are not following the guidelines in your contract - 1 full payment every 30 days!

Maybe you should just be honest and listen to what your rep has to say - believe me he/she does not want to take your house by any means!
