First and foremost let me start off buy saying I know that I'm reporting the same issue twice, apparently once you submit your report to this website that's it, you completely turn it over them and don't even have the power to edit it. I contacted them asking to take down my original report to replace it with this one but they refused my request, said it goes against their policy and we all know you can't argue with company policy. My original report was shoddy and face it, didn't make me look very bright so here I go again. This was the first website I found where you can write reviews for bad businesses so I jumped the gun a little bit.

My experience with this company has been nothing but a migraine headache. I placed an order online - with no typos - and never got an order confirmation email, apparently they don't bother sending those out, nor do they send out shipping confirmation emails 'cause I never got one of those either. They promise delivery in 5-7 days and it's been just about 7 weeks now and still no product.

I've emailed this companies "premier customer service" team a whopping 26 times, no responses; I left 21 voice mails, no callbacks, and I wasn't irate in in any of my contact attempts so there's absolutely no reason they should ignore a paying customer like this. One day the voice mail box is full, and then the next day it isn't so obviously somebody over there is listening to, or should I say, deleting the messages without even playing them.

I had a friend of mine contact them through their "contact us" link on their home page, through email, asking about a product and guess what? She got a response within hours, and this was just yesterday! Apparently they have all the time in the world for potential customers, and I've been trying to contact them through the "contact us" email system for 4 weeks straight! They took the money off my credit card the day I placed the order but like I said, almost 7 weeks later and still nothing but a disputed charge with my creditor. No excuse this can give will satisfy me, obviously once they get your money that's it, gone, they don't want to acknowledge you, talk to you, read an email from you, nothing - but believe you me they aren't getting away with it much longer.

I've done everything possible as a consumer to resolve this matter but this company just refuses to deal with PAYING customers - 47 attempts to get a hold of them over a 1 month period with not a single response, yet my friend gets a reply from them within mere hours because they seen her as a potential customer, hmmm, definitely something wrong with this picture.

I even went so far as to contact the California Attorney General's office to report Green Web Properties as a fraudulent company and they a definitely looking into it because I'm not the only ones who contacted them with these allegations, "they've been piling up like crazy" were the attorney's I spoke with exact words, and he's sending some paperwork for me to fill out my formal complaint and what not. I also filed a complaint with the BBB, but even they can't get a response out of this company, what a surprise. I'm giving up trying to contact Green Web, I faced reality and accepted the loss, I'll just file my complaint and send it back to the AG's office the day I get it and continue to have this outrageous dispute with my creditor.

I suspect that any good reviews you find on the internet regarding Green Web properties are fakes, they all the same exact writing style and use the same key phrases like "speedy delivery," and "great service." Check out insiderpages.com to see what I'm referring to, or just google in Green Web Properties and read all the "good" reviews you find, all sound exactly the same to me. A majority of the reviews out there for this company read just like mine - people who've never recieved their orders and the company refusing to respond, Green Web fighting the disputed credit card charges and winning in the end leaving the injured customers bent over their kitchen tables with their pants down around their ankles, not replying to BBB inquiries, you know, the usual scam company stuff these dung beetles thrive off of, or should I say in?

My advice is to stay FAR, FAR AWAY from Green Web Properties or you'll get ripped off just like I did, and I also noticed that a few of the other reporters here also got the shaft by this company. I should've researched this place before I placed an order with them so please don't make the same mistake I did by being lured in by their dirt cheap prices. What good is a cheap price if they never send out the product?

*** If you got ripped off by Green Web Properties like I did here's the contact info for the California Attorney General's office - MAKE SURE YOU WRITE OR CALL THEM ASAP - it's nearly free, it'll only cost you a postage stamp or two. This also applies to international customers, just because you're not a US resident doesn't mean you can't speak your grievances over this company. They already have numerous complaints so the more the AG receives, the faster Green Web Properties can get shut down for good - and you just may get your money back in the long run if you make contact with the AG's office. As that old Italian proverb goes: He who laughs last, laughs best.

Well, don't I feel like the heel. It turns out that condom man sent out my order on 12/15/10 and it got stolen by a neighbor! Can you believe that? So anyone out there, CONDOM MAN IS NOT THE THIEF, some old crabby lady is. Hope she burns for this, I will see to it that she pays the standard $250,000 fine for mail theft. Investigation is under way. I'll get it done! Sorry condom man.

I suspect that condom man, aka known as con man, is a one man enterprise so this all directed at him.

Guess what I got in the mail today? My stuff! I took it right back to the post office with a return to sender, you should be getting it back sometime next week, if it doesn't get "lost" in the mail on the way back. I told you over two weeks ago that I wanted a refund and DID NOT want your products, you touched them and they are now tainted with your foul disease. You are not getting my money. I ordered on 11/22/10 and guess what the post mark was dated? 1/6/11. Hmmm..a day after I start plastering reviews everywhere. Coincidence? I think not.

The sad thing is you did this to yourself. I sent you messages daily of what I was doing and what my next move was and what did you do in return? Smacked in my face day after day by ignoring me. So what did I do to you on a daily basis in return? PUNCHED YOU IN YOURS. You are, without a doubt, the biggest idiot on planet Earth. If I was running a scam company my number one priority would be to make this customer happy (that would be me, I know you're s-l-o-w in the brain) by giving me a refund, making up a lie that's it on back order, offer me a radical discount something! But you chose the wrong path, you kept on ignoring me and I kept on informing the world of what you're up to over there. And the saddest part of all: you destroyed your company for $28.95. Dumb with a capitol D!

I know the only reason you sent out my order was because I was smearing your already bad name all over the WORLD wide web. So anyone out there reading this just post some bad reviews and he'll send out your products. I received my goods but what about everyone else? What about Maugrim07 from Florida, who has been waiting for over a YEAR? What about Dave from Texas, he get his order yet? And Rick from NY and Gabriel from Seattle? They get their products yet? Highly doubt it. And these are just the people here at ripoff report. And why did only a few of the customers here get some kind of explanation but you ignored the rest? Is that fair? Is this the "excellent service" you want to provide every customer with? What a joke.

I know that a self-centered, ignorant, uneducated puke like can never comprehend my philosophy but this wasn't all about me, a majority of it was for THEM: the customers you've ripped off in the past, are in the process of ripping off now, and will continue to ripoff in the future. Even if I get a refund, which I will one way or the other, my reviews DO NOT get edited and remain as is. I despise people like you, THIEVES who steal what other have worked hard for. You are as low as the ocean dirt in the Mariana Trench. I hope your customer base dwindles away faster than a jar of condoms in a bordello, which I'm sure it will once my review gets read.

If the AG doesn't shut you down he will force you to go legit, which will entail a huge fine and require you to pay back every customer you've ripped off, which in the end will bankrupt your "company" and force it to shut down anyways. Hope it was worth $28.95.

And now it's time for a 6th grade vocabulary lesson. Remember that word I jabbed you about? Now I'm going to show you how to properly use it: With a fistful of courage and a heart full of rage a warrior fights vehemently, just like I do, and you better fear 'cause I'm like Jimmie Johnson and Chad Knaus when I go to work, I GET IT DONE!

This was taken out of the last update from an employee of this greaseball company:

" I want vehemently (talk about a dumby, total WRONG usage of that word) apologize that your experience with this company was unsatisfactory and caused you grief, THAT IS THE LAST THING WE WANT TO DO, OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR EVERY CUSTOMER."

Is that some kind of joke? I've been leaving them messages daily - email and phone, and we ALL know that they're reading and listening to them, that I've been PLASTERING every single place I can find on the internet about them, including Wikipedia, of how they're scamming everybody. Still not ONE response. No apology, no bs excuse of how it's on back order, nothing. Again, was that last message meant to be some kind of joke?

I know I said I was giving up trying to contact them but I can't, I refuse to stand idle while some financial rapist is screwing me. I am going to BREAK this company and send it crashing down, they ripped off the wrong consumer.
