Greenball Corporation Wendi L. - Claims Trailer Tire Blowouts Martin Tennessee

After having a blowout on my 24' Haulmark trailer, I replaced all four tires and the spare with GreenBall, Towmaster 225/75/R15.  On my first trip from Florida to the northeast. I blow out two tires.  I was carrying an expensive antique car.  I lost a day of travel, had to back track my trip to find a repair center to get new tires.  I was not over-loaded, I was under the GVW by 2000lbs.  Several months later on my return trip from the northeast to Florida, the trailer was unloaded, I blew one tire.  When I got to Florida I moved another antique car and on this trip from fort myers to miami I blew another two tires.  All blow outs were consistent, with tread seperation.  I went to the tire center and the deferred me to Wendi in claims.  Like other reports they wanted me to go through my insurance company.  I refused.  They are taking the cheapest estimate I have for my trailer damages which was two panels, two fenders, and bearing caps.  They feel that on the tires that I sent back to them they feel that there is 87% tread left they are only reinbursing for that value.  I highly recommend researching trailer tires.  I lost a day of travel, drove on blown tires, and had to change every tire from Greenball.  They do not make a safe product, it is imported from China and very poor quality.  I have heard reports of people losing control and crashing.  They are difficult to deal with and are not helpful.  Be warned and prevent pain and suffering from not purchasing there products.
