I went To buy a new prepaid debit card at THE DOLLAR TREE in Monroe NY 10950 Paid the $140.00 Plus fee. When I got home and tried to activate it the said the card was already activated inb someone elses name. I have the register receipt and card. The told me they would send me a refund I waited two weeks called them and they said the investigation eas closed because the money was used by the other person who has the same card.Now I'M out $140 dollars. How could this be possible two cards with the same number #4250-3130-3168-4943 Code493 .How can I get my money back I"am a senior citizen on a very limited income this money came out of my ssi check to pay my car insurance. Can you help me get my money back
