GreenDot Walmart Moneycard Unlawful hold on TAX REFUND deposit/ No notification/ Wouldnt release funds Salt Lake City Nationwide

I purchased a Walmart Money card in January 2014 and registered it with my name, date of birth, social secuirty number and home address.  I received a permanent personal card that I began to use as a debit card.  I setup payroll direct deposits from my job and received them each payday with no issue.  On Monday, 6/16/2014 my IRS tax refund was submitted to my Walmart MoneyCard in the amount of $4900.  I had about $300 on the card at that time.  I went to purchase gas on 6/18 for $25 and my card was declined.  I called the number on the back and was told that my card was "ON HOLD."  They also advised that my state income tax return was submitted but they rejected it because of my card being on hold.  I asked why it was on hold and was told that there was a "discrepancy" in the identifying information from the IRS.  I called the IRS and they confirmed that it was processed with my name and SSN as it appeared on my tax return.  The very same information that appears on the payroll deposits that they have been accepting from my employer for the last 6 months with no issue.  I called them back and was told that I needed to answer identifying questions from public record and if any of the answers are incorrect I would need to send in copies of my driver license and social security card and the hold would be released in 1-2 business days.  I sent the information in and verified that it had been received.  I called back on Tuesday 6/24 (2 business days later) and I'm NOW being told that it will take 10 business days and that I was initially misinformed. 

So in closing, they are holding over $5,000 of my money, without any valid cause and there is nothing that I can do but wait?!?!? I'm calling a lawyer!
