Greenman Gaming Gaming ripoff Internet

I purchased a game, The Sims 4, from this website because the game was offered at a discount. The website gave no operating system restrictions for the game and I was lead to believe the game would be compatible with my Mac computer. It was not.

I immediately requested a refund from the company because I would not be able to play the game unless I purchased a new computer. They of course refused. The official Sims website offers refunds up to 24 hours after purchase, I believe Greenman Gaming should be held to the same standard. 

The refund request ticket was closed with a very dismissive response and when I went back to the website all comments were closed to refund posts. Clearly this is something they do to other people and they are keeping it hidden to prevent more people from being tricked!
