In June of 2004 GreenPoint lost two payments we sent them. The payments totalled $1000.00. It took me two months, my lawyer, their lawyer, B. Bruce Johnson, LLP of Dallas, countless CUSTOMER SERVICE reps to partially find my money.

I have 47 pieces of correspondence I have mailed and the lawyers have mailed as proof. I have proof from Travelers Express Money Gram that they cashed the money orders. This company was so efficient and fast in getting me the information pertaining to the cashed money orders. GreenPoint filed paper work to forclose on the mobile home. I called my lawyer who filed a motion so that at least maybe a judge would listen to my story since no one at GreenPoint would.

I was hoping we would go to court because I have never, in my 48 years on earth dealt with such an incompetent company. After all of this mess, I recieved two different checks from GreenPoint for my money orders "they never recieved". Last month I sent them $2500.00 that had acumulated because of this mess.

Well, now they say I still owe August that was included in the $2500.00. And so it begins again. Today, I received a lovely, warm collection call that only GreenPoint can give. But at least they are consistent in the idiots they hire. Just like one of the other letters I read, I only have 15 more years to go. I am only staying and fighting because my husband loves this home so much.

If it was up to me I would leave and they can come looking for me and calling me all they want. But, what goes around, comes around. I am a firm believer that they will eventually get thiers. I hope a good lawyer sees these letters and sues them for EVERYTHING they've got.

My sympathy goes out to all the others that have had or are having problems with this STUPID company. But I feel better knowing that I am not the only one and that it wasn't me with the problem but them.
