Greensmartliving Bait and Switch Salt Lake City Utah

Bought a starter Vap E-cig kit on their website the adaptors i received were not the same as in the items description. They sent the black adaptors intstead of the white. As u use the black ones the e-cigs does not grip and just twirls around. Thats what happened to the ones i had so i orderd the starter kit that had the white ones which are very good and no issues. Called and they said i had to send the black back and then they would send the white out. Now iam going to be out postage for an item that shoul have been sent anyway. I will no longer do business with them since it was a bait and switch item to me. If i wanted to keep a customer i would have sent them out today . My product arrived yesterday and they had the info right in front of them. Now is also not a good time to go to p.o. due to the hoilday Buyers beware!! also sent product that expies in jan. i called about that and said they would replace it if it didnt work , I highly doubt that now.
