Greentree Greenpoint ripoff St. Paul Minnesota

I purchased my home 10 years ago and took out a 15 year loan. I have 5 years left to pay on my loan and to this day i still owe what i did 10 years ago when i took out the loan. Everytime i ask for a payoff on my loan for my mobil home it changes by a couple thousand dollars.The lied and told me i could refinance my loan after a year, 10 years later they are still denying me to refinance.I will be 2 days late and my phone starts to ring, not once a day but 3 to 4 times a day at all hours. Not only do they call me they call and harasse my 82 year old grandmother, my mother house and my work.Now they have got my cell phone number as well! This one they will not get me on again, they will call me and tell me they did not receive my payment to send them another check, i did do that a couple times then they cash both checks causing me to bounce checks.

They will also if i make a payment over the phone turn around 2 weeks later and take money out of my account with out my permission or knowledge. I have called the supervisors number and left messages and never got a response. I have told them numerous times not to call my cell phone it is a work phone only and they still call. I told them yesterday again it is my work phone not to call and they called my twice today. They threaten me harress me and my family and i am sick of it! I am not even 30 days past due.I want to know where all my money has gone over the years. Also i was at a fixed rate and that has changed as well.
