They are continually harrassing my 85 year old mother. She makes her payments monthly. they have called her neighbors and given them personal information about her, they have threatened her with foreclosure, and other threats.

She lives on SS and does make her payments but they still continue to call and threaten her. I spoke with a boy named Mike. He was one of the rudes, most foul mouthed people I believe I have ever spoke to on the phone. He immediately told me to "F@*X off" amongst other things and what they were doing to my mother was none of my business unless I was making the payments. Then proceeded to slam the phone down in my ear. I am going to an attorney this week and see what can be done about the low class people.
