2nd email was a loan agreement.  3rd email was asking for a $1,200 deposit via a MoneyPak.

I called Eric and had a few questions like 1) why a MoneyPak and he said because clients had committed fraud 2) why can't I find anything on the web regarding this comany and he said they were in the yellow pages and BBB 3) I asked if they go under a different name because I COULD NOT find them in the BBB or anywhere in the Virginia government business sites and he said just because I can't find them doesn't mean they aren't there 4) I asked if I could speak to the financial department and he said that highly unsual and then the kicker 5) I asked if I could visit his office and he said yes (knowing I was on the other side of the country).  I asked if a friend could for me because when I looked on Zillow it was farm land (a field of cows).  At that point he hung up and will not accept my calls because you need to annouce your name before he will accept a call.

I think the reason I couldn't find anything on this copmany is because he must close it down and start new ones.  There are typos on his website and he is missing other financial info on his site, which I will not say here because that will make him a better scammer.  My thought is he runs scams from his parents farm house.
