Greenway Van Lines be prepared to wait and get over charged Dania, Florida

if your moving beware of Greenway vanLines. after they promised me a pick up date they did not show up. i called them 7 times before getting a return call at 9pm. they told me they were running late but would be there the next day. At 5 pm the next day i started calling them again. they told me they would be there soon. i reminded them that i was moving out f state and the current appartment had been rented (i have place to stay). they promised they would be there. 9 pm called them again, they said they would be there in 2 hours. 11:30 called gaian they told me they were close but it was late they would come the next day. they told me to get a hotel room and they would pay for it. the next day 11am i called them again and they told me before 5pm. they finally showed up and staretd loading the truck. they then gave me a REVISED BILL for an additional $800.0 (mind you the first quote was only ($900.00). i told them taht was crazy and do not understand why. they stated more boxes and additional steps. (NOTE: they moved us into the appartment the first time just 4 month prior) the driver called the owner and he told the driver to unload my furnature and leave it on the street. at that pont i started to call the local police and they stopped me and said if i gave them $150.00 additional in CASH they would continue. i had to agree i was starnded. it then took 11 days for me to get my furnature delivered. GOOD LUCK YOU WILL NEED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
