I live in one of his properties. Its in a moble home park called Plesent Valley Moble Home Park. There is nothing Plesent about it. I pay my rent on time ... But it doesnt matter. They fix nothing. I called them today and told the lady in his office that i had no heat. Her respons was : That she needed to check to see if we were suppose to have heat. Can you believe that. This entire park is so roach infected its unbelievable. They do nothing about it.
The drive threw this park has so many pot holes in it you cant count them. I have already replaced one axle on my car. They dont care.
We are still sitting here with no heat. not sure what to do.
