Greg Rogers Landlord of apartment i lived in and gotten kicked out of in april of last year. he's a major slumlord that cost me my child my belongings due to bedbugs, and money. have proof! phoenix, Arizona

I had my baby boy september 25th 2010, We had moved into a two bedroom one bath apartment upstairs it had not been renovated, cleaned or anything. we moved in the begining of Qct. 2010 at night time. my son was still in the hospital while we moved in. That week my son came home and it was pretty hot in our apartment for a week Before Greg had chosen to have someone that wasnt a professional come fix the a/c our neighbors next door to us had their baby four days after mine and they had no a/c and later on we all find that we had no heat either. and then eventually bedbugs too he faild to mention to us aswell.

We paid our rent the best we could my sons father and his brother even did some work roofing for Greg in exchange he would knock off some rent, which never happened. My best friends mother and i chosen to have my son stay with her because we had no heat and the space heater greg gave us ate up all our power on the srp power box, in april 2011 he takes up to court and by this time i have proof of him signing a false lease next to our original lease, also proof of Greg forged my son's fathers name on a document plus i have recorded proof of he and i making an agreement that never happened.

We chosen not to pay him aprils rent for the fact our heat wasnt fixed until middle of january almost march 2011, we had to live almost two weeks without a shower with a hole in our living room wall while he fixed our tub, a broken fridge and stove for a few months, and he claims that we hadnt paid rent since december 2010 which is a lie and i have proof. i refused to leave that apartment until he sprayed my belongings because of the bedbugs i had found and had notified him when i first noticed them.

i had and exterminator come and quote me 1400$ or more just for that apartment alone, he also asked how long i lived there and said that the bedbugs been here since before we moved in we had nothing when we moved in there. and we thought they were fleas. He took advantage of us and he knew we had no way to make it to the court date and that he would win, and because of him and other things taking advantage of a woman that just had a baby is cruel and wrong, and now i have to fight for my son back because of his cruelty and i remain homeless because of his wrongful judgement on my rental history.

we only owed him april's rent we asked him numberous times for receipts and he would say ok wait here go inside his apartment below us and have us waiting outside for hours and would leave when we'd given up waiting and he would leave when we weren't looking. this is way wrong. of him and me having proof of him doing real estate fraud makes it even worse for him. then shortly after all that happened he has the nerve to ask me to promote and do booking for his cover band. yeah right!(thats what i started doing in march 2011 after writting my first article in billiards table talk and the dart star ) all this leads into my other rip off complaint double whammy huh? Messed up people these days
