The owner of this place is a creep and black mail people into buying stuff from him or the
car wont pass the inspection. My husband drives a 2007 Corolla and when my husband went to him on 8/1/2011 to get his car inspected, this guy first said that the air filter is bad, new is $45 and my husband said that I just replaced it 2 weeks back just do the inspection. Then that creep entered the
car info into his system and says to my husband that your wipers are bad have
it replaced or it wont pass, and you will have to pay $40 for failing as well. My husband said that I am short on cash just do the inspection, and he said No, I am telling you it will fail and you will
have to pay $40 for failing. My husband said that I know that wipers have nothing to do with inspection because inspection is basically checking engine and emission, but ok give me the
cheapest ones. Can you believe that cheapest wipers for a 2007 Corolla were $40. It is like forcing someone to buy something else just to get the inspection done, and blackmailing after he had entered the car info into the system. This guy is a rip off and a creep. I have checked on google, and
there are several complaints about this place. Please I request you to revoke his license as a TX motor Vehicle inspection Station and as Auto repair place. Creeps like these should be out of business. The

The creep who cheated my husband is a black guy and I believe is also the owner of the
place. Please take some action and have his license revoked. This creep charged
my husband $80 for inspection and wipers. I have all receipts as proof.

The goal of state inspections is to make automobile travel safer for everyone. That being said there are set parameters to do this mandated by the state and some involve a judgement by the state inspector. One of those judgement calls is functional wipers where as in the inspectors judgement they can be deemed too old and worn where as they cause streaks which impairs the drivers vision.
So would you want your child hit by a driver whose wipers were so old that they caused streaks and impaired the drivers vision ? A little common sense here folks goes a long way. This customer also stated that one of my employees tried to sell them an air filter which they said was brand new and only 2 weeks old. Come on people ....really ??? Since 1985 we have done literally hundreds of thousands cars with hundreds of thousands of repeat customers at our 5 stores. So its safe to put this person into the > I had a bad day box who wants to go on a rant blaming others for it < Come on sports fans as it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see through this one !!!!
One more note to all drivers. Stats say that 80 % of the cars on the road are under maintained, so if you want them to last you need to take care of them... or they wont.
