This is a vindictive Disneyland Daddy The State of Arizona Child Support Enforcement will not enforce. Everyone within the Family Law System feels sorry for this DeadBeat because he lives in California and he has to live to I was told by an operator within the Child Support Division. This is a $50,000-$60,000 a Year Automotive Mechanic who owns part of a Business incurred during the Marriage. Lied on the stand the Judge knew it about ownership of this business but, did nothing about it. Filed false 2003/2004 Income Tax. Now submits to courts that he makes $10.00 an hour and only works 20 hours a week?
It only takes a little common sense at best to see that GREG MCCOLLY is providing FALSE INCOME. The State of Arizona attaches an $1,1?? Judgement against him Wow if he wont pay is court ordered monthly support what makes this Ridculous state think he will pay his judgement. DUH I need someone to help me in this case Please Greg McColly needs to go to jail instead, the state of Arizona "slaps" his hand each and everytime. What about the "Best Interest of The Children" How does this benefit them?? Wont Pay for their support but, Whines, and Lies and has this system mesmorized because he wants to have his Parenting Time. Boo h*o h*o.. 46 year old LOSER!
