Greyhound Bus Lines stolen luggage. one piece went on another bus St. Louis Missouri

while waiting for bus in saint louis, mo. i had both bags when it was time to board i checked two baggage under bus. when got to destination bags were not on the bus i was on. complaint no.1 if your responsible for your baggage why is it not on the same bus as you? if we are responible for our baggage the greyhound has to uphold thier end. bags go on same bus as you. no. 2 no security around bus. bags could dissapear at buses side. no. 3 one of my bags was stolen from this station at buses side. it is a very unorganized bus depote. unproffessionalizm. loiters all over. security not doing what he's paid to do. one security guard outside is not enough. people coming around to see if you want to buy cell phones, cameras, and other electroinc devices. probably from the last victims who got on the bus and well on thier way to thier destination.

in my oppinion theres a theft sting going on at that bus depote. so riders when you transfere in saint louis stand at the bus side and make sure your bags are on the same bus as you and that baggage compartment closed. even when i arrived the bags were thown on to a cart and said if you see your bags come and get them. they need a couple people taking claim tickets and making sure bags go to correct person. a free for all to get your bags off cart is easy target for someone to grab a piece of luggage and leave swiftly. security cameras if they have any are for sure not looking in the most vunerable areas in back and down along buses. i reported my baggage theft to saint louis police department as well. when i got to my final destination you were not allowed to get our bags untill you gave the bus driver or security your claim ticket. all other stops was pretty much to each his own. poeple be carful and and pay close observation on everyone around you. because you pretitor is probably looking at you and observing you.
