The Gateway Lakes Property Management is Terrible!

The management here, hardly does anything about anything but threaten residents when complaints are made against management. We were told it is a gated community with all of these amenities that seemed worth the price of the apartment. We have been threatened by our neighbors that they will "kick (our) a$$es" and all management is worried about is valet trash rules! Seriously? Our valet trash cans are gone yet we paid for the service! It is the holidays and these people are completely whacked! 

Parking (vistor vs resident) is not enforced, complete anarchy, advertised as a gated community and is not, sugar ant infestation, model looks entirely different than the actual unit moved into, petty complaints, terrible neighbors, overpriced, under managed...and more! Yay!
