Greystar manages Garden Terrace Apartments in Colorado Springs. Everything this person, David in Denver, CO described applies to this property as well.

I've seen residents let their dogs use the balcony as a toilet and urine rains down on the residents below. The ground are littered with dog feces and no one does anything about it.

The buildings are infested with bed bugs, yet management has NEVER sent a notice to the residents about the matter, what to do, how to identify, or how to get rid off them. They spray one unit and the bugs scatter to the units around them.

I heard a fight from one unit (3 AM) because they opened their balcony door. You could hear the guy screaming at his girlfriend, roughing her up, then he shouted "Where's my gun." She replied, "Your gun is right here."

The office posted signs about vandals breaking into vehicles.  Funny, 1/3 of the outdoor ground/parking lot lights are out.  There are even lights out at the tops of concrete stairs.  These have been out for almost a year.

It doesn't pay to complain because you are made out to be the bad guy and then you never get anything done. I've lost a lot of good neighbors since this company took over the property.

Going to the owner (in Denver, CO) does no help, because he doesn't respond to emails. This place was once a very nice place. Not anymore.
