Grossinger City Toyota is a LIER and SCAMMER.

We're in the market for 2015 Toyota Siena XLE and we got quotes from different Toyota dealers after usingTruecar.com. The quote of Grossinger City Toyota was beaten by two other Toyota dealers. When we were about head out to purchase our car with the lowest price dealership, I got a call from Richard Smith who is from Grossinger City Toyota. He said his manager will offer $5,000 off from the original out-of-door quote fromtruecar.com, $36,499 for 2015 Siena. so the out-of-door final price was $31,499. I was shocked with the offer and I asked him to confirm this in writing. He did email me the information listed below. So we decided to purchase the car with awesome price. They set me up an appointment with Olivia.

After 55 minutes drive with traffic, I finally reached the dealership. The receptionists welcomed me and had a sale representative to help me. I told the sale guy quoted price and he didn't say anything about the quoted price but he asked my personal information for credit report. I provided all my personal information including SS# and DOB. While the credit report was being processed, he took me to see the Siena on 3rd floor. He said we have lot of Siena in stock and I could pick any color I want. However, I realized that there were only 3-4 Siena on 3rd floor. He asked me to wait in the waiting room and after 20 minutes he stopped by and said the price quote that I got was wrong. Their GM said the out-of-door price for 2015 Siena XLE is for $36,499, not $31,499.  The $36,499 is the price after $5,000 off. I almost said wt* but I didn't say. I just said thank you and left.

I asked them, "can I speak to Richard Smith?". He replied, "Richard Smith works offshore and he's our online sale representative.". I told them, "I'm not going to get the price with that price because you guys scammed and lied me to get in their door.". I was extremely upset about that because they wasted me almost 3 hours and played game with them. I forgot to mention that "I called Richard Smith an hour later after I left the dealership". I told him that your GM said, "you work offshore" but Richard said, I work in the office." . OMG..

They don't not treat their customers honestly and with respect and they don't keep their promises. 

Buyers! Beware of their trap.

The Out-the-Door price i was given for the 2015 Sienna is $36499. Our manager informed me that they are taking $5000 off the price for one day only, which is today, 10/18/14. Please call me so I can set up a VIP showroom visit to best accomodate you.
