My first month they wanted me to send my customers personal info to them..Why? Who knows. They say they wont release funds until you give them the info. So I made some info up, because by law they have no right to ask for there info. They say they wanted to check with my customers to see if they got good service. Thats none of their business.

Well all that was done, and to this they they wont release funds. They told me they have the right to hold my funds for 10 months...Its not there money, I worked my butt off for that money, so they can sit on there a*s. So I am required to give my customers their product, but still not get paid? I am getting a lawyer and going to take them to court.

I have even talked to the owner of the company, he just has a mouth full of horrible language! Stay away from this company, they are so broke, they have to steal from you!

What Did The Person Above Say????

AUTHOR: nelson1600 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 26, 2011

That you will file suit against anyone who has a genuine complaint against your company?  I realize the above post is around 2 years old, but COME ON...

We live in the United States of America and if in the "FINE PRINT" of a novel that most credit card processors call "Merchant Agreements" that often are not left until paper work is signed, you have stated that you reserve the right to hold money without notice and alter the original terms of the agreement without providing cause and ample opportunity for a merchant to cancel service without consequence, then I probably would not be throwing words like "LEGAL ACTION" out there.

Quite frankly, if a business is one of Strong Moral and Ethics and an "Occassional" complaint is generated on a website like this, why would you take such an offended stance?

I have polled multiple business owners who have been successful each for at least 20 years through an ever changing economy and they all agree; if comments were found such as the one above for their company; they would rather ignore it and keep their heads down venturing forward with their lives.

I have a site dedicated to highlighting the credit card processors who have developed "Poor" industry reputations.  Based on my reading above I am going to further my research into GROUP ISO and publish all of my fact based findings.

The last time I checked, we live in the GREAT United States of American where we are able to express freedom of speech and in that same light I will provide verifiable FACTS about this organization online.  Ripoffreport blocks links to other sites, but you can access at worsecreditcardprocessors of corse it is a dotcom and you will have to place the three w's at the beginning.

It's a place where merchants can compile information about credit card processors before making a decision on who to do business with, read about the organizations history and background, and blog about their own experiences with a listed company.

Group ISO is protecting themselves from being affected of Fraud by merchants. In order to do so, they require that the services or goods be rendered with full satisfaction by the customer in order to release funds to the merchant. Each merchant agreement in which is signed by the merchant and states that Group ISO may do this.

The Merchant Agreement states every provision of each credit card transaction. A merchant is fully responsible for every transaction they make and cannot blame Group ISO if they have not fully performed their part of the contract with the customers they have.
