Groupon is a business that scams other businesses.  They make the small business sign a contract whereby, they are permitted to refund the customer no matter what. What they do not tell you is that it is a scam. They inform the business that they will let you know if any customer requires or is asking for a refund -- they do not. 

When questioned about this they report it is a "LOOP HOLE" and it is one that we are not interested in closing. They then go onto removing the money refunded to the customers after they have either obtained services or received the product from the merchants account. So, they are receiving FREE work and products at the expenses on the business.  This has alot of people who are aware of their policy going around and constantly requesting REFUNDS and reciving refunds. 

Groupon is scamming businesses, do not sign up with them, they do not care about your business they are out to rip you off at your expense.  Stay away from groupon.
