My husband was looking for a job for me that I could do at home when he came across Google Money Pay Day. He wasn't sure exactly what it was but there was a CD that you could order to tell you more about it that only cost $1.95 shipping and handling so he ordered it. We were charged the money but the CD never came and we received a call from a guy named Spence who wanted us to invest $5000 (which he claimed we would earn back in 30-90 days). I was skeptical so I told him that we would think about it and call him back. I figured it was a scheme so we never called back.

A week later there was a charge on my account for $39.95 from Growing Rich W/ Google, $7.95 from BMS/GRANT SEARCH ASST, $9.95 from NETWORKAGENDA.COM, and $9.95 from EVERYDAY LEGAL FORMS.

We called the company hot line to cancel and they assured us that we had canceled each company, but we keep receiving charges!!!

Sleazy!

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Chels. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. It is also disclosed in the first paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer. The trial period is free for 7 days and you will not be charged if you cancel within your trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer ends.

When you order our product you must select 'Ship My FREE Kit!'. Right next to that button is the following statement in 10 pt. font:

Terms and Disclosures. By clicking 'Ship My FREE Kit!' I am ordering the Google Pay Day CD and trial membership for one dollar and ninety-five cents S&H, after the seven-day trial I will be charged thirty-nine dollars and ninety-five cents a month thereafter if I do not cancel. I also agree to the fourteen day and twenty one day bonus trials to Grant Master and Network Agenda for seven dollars and ninety-five cents a month and nine dollars and ninety five cents a month thereafter, should I choose not to cancel. I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy & Terms & Conditions. Charges will appear on credit/debit statements as 'Growing Rich W/ Google.' Cancel any time at 866-396-5695.

Customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9 am-9 pm Eastern Standard Time.

After clicking the 'Ship My FREE Kit!' button, the next screen that appears contains the offers for Everyday Legal Forms, Rebate Millionaire and Family Savers Club - these are offers that you simply have to uncheck the box if you are not interested in participating in them. Had Chels simply unchecked the boxes she would never have been enrolled in those particular programs.

Everyday Legal Forms customer service can be reached at 866-519-4353, Rebate Millionaire at 800-685-3011 and Family Savers Club at 800-558-0064.

If you are another customer that is reading this and you feel that we have failed you in some way please call me directly at 435-773-1795 or email me at ryanr@wskc.org and I would be happy to address your concerns ASAP.

Sincerely,

Ryan R.
