I read the free offer from google for a disk for a $2.99 fee. I have been waiting for the disk for almost 3 months now, but still no disk.

I checked my bank acct, and they took out $1.00 for shipping & $1.99 for the disk on 2-19-08. Then on 2-25-08 they took out $39.95 & on 3-24-08 they took out $39.95. I have tried every way to tell Google but they had never gotten back to me.

Now I will have to stop that bank acct. I'm going to do every I can to get my money back from google.

Same thing happened to me

I had the exact same thing just happen to me. I paid for the disc and have waited for it. Finally got it in the mail on March 30th and then this morning my bank acount they had taken out 39.95 from my checking. First of all I contacted the bank to let them know this was incorrect then I called the company. Turns out that when we pay for the shipping and handeling for the primary disc our 7 days start right then. Not when we actually log on and start using the service. I DEMANDED a refund from them. At first they said know and I said yes and they tried to talk there way out and I was not having it. I got my refund. However I have to tell you. One thing they do not mention is that you are actually buying a subscription of disc. They were fixing to charge my account another 39.95 tomorrow for the follow up disc. You want to get your money back then you call customore service at 866-396-5695 DO NOT TAKE NO FOR A ANSWER, MAKE SURE YOU CANCEL THE ENTIRE ACCOUNT. You will avoid other charges.

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Jim. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the 1st paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer. The trial period is free for 7 days and we would not have charged Jim had he canceled during the trial period. I have located Jim's account and have verified that his account concerns were addressed. In regards to the CD not being received and waiting 3 months - Jim your order was placed on 2/14/08 and your CD was shipped on 2/15/08, 3 months has not gone by since placing your order, I have requested a replacement copy be sent to the address on the account. If you would like to change the mailing address please contact customer service again, they will be happy to assist you in any way possible.
