GROWTHINK Market research totally generic and useless LA Internet

 These people are the worst. They charge nearly $400 for generic US census data and call it specific market research. I cant use any of it in a business plan. I asked for a refund when it became clear that they do not have the capability of generating actual market data and she said she spent hours on it so she could not refund. Hours? You think thats the proper amount of time to spend on $400 worth of market data. I could spend hours googling stuff for free. The Competition profile is a list of prices availible on the website and some of them are wrong. That is how I know they just googled the prices, some have not been updated on the website and some are not very specific. If they had done actual market research they would know this. Also a bunch of the statistics didn't even apply to me just my general industry. Huge waste of my time and money! STAY AWAY! Also I put up a complaint on the BBB and there were a lot of other people there who had my same story yet the business repsonce is that these people were just trying to get a refund and that their product is adequate. What crap! They want a refund because your product is worthless!
