Gary Shanklin and his wife Carolyn Stoll Shanklin operated a car lot in Warsaw, IN from 2005 through 2014. From 2005 through 2008 they defrauded me of over 144,000.00 and subsequently had zero assets on the lot for the dollars used for the purpose of obtaining vehicles. A note was drafted in 2008 and they agreed to pay off the debt. They paid faithfully on the note up until early 2014 when he filed bankruptcy. In the largest miscarriage of justice he was relieved of the balance owed to me of over 67,000.00 by the Bankruptcy Court South Bend Division. Truth be told, neither one of these individuals should be able to operate any kind of business.
