G. S. FINANCIAL IS TRYING TO COLLECT ON A DEBT FROM A HOSPITAL BILL THAT I AM PAYING THROUGH A DEBT MAMAGEMENT COMPANY . I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR OVER TWO YEARS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS.
G. S. FINANCIAL SAYS THAT THEY DON'T CARE AND THAT THEY HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO COLLECT. WHEN I CONTACTED THE HOSPITAL THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH G. S. FINANCIAL.
G. S. FINANCIAL SAY'S THEY WILL RUIN MY CREDIT IF I DON'T PAY THEM. THEY BASICALLY CAN REPORT WHATEVER THEY WANT TO THE CREDIT BUREAU AND IT'S UP TO ME TO FIX IT IF I CAN.
THIS IS UNFAIR AND BORDERLINES ON JUST PLAIN ABUSE. I THINK IT'S TIME COLLECTION AGENCY'S GET A NEW SET OF RULES TO WORK WITH. WE NEED TO ASK OUR GOVERNMENT TO STEP IN.
