They call my job telling that they have my social security number attached to a summonds in orange county and also I owe 700.00 to Global Payday Loan-Cashnet. Then they try to make a deal with me to pay 500.00 after I told them I donot know what they are talking about then they fax me a letter with balance owe is 1,288.28 and that it needed to be paid on or before the 12/12/2012.

Is all they are - tell them YOU know they are scammers and hang up.  Or better yet demand a copy of said "subpoena/summons".  You can check you District Court for the bogus number they give you (if they do).
