I got a letter from GC Sercvices Limited Partnership today regarding a student loan. They told me that they have been trying to get in touch with me via my phone and mail. Funn, this is the first time that I ever heard from them. They told me that if I don't get in touch with them by the 17th of this month that they wil garnish my wages? I am on disability. Can they do this?
