GSI Grant Services ripoff Internet

i received a call one evening at home regarding grants and receiving $6000 did not need to be paid back for education purposes. I had been looking at grant services for my daughter and thought this may be ok to check out.

So i gave them all the necessary information, they took $298 out of my checking account for a processing fee which i thought nothing of since they were suspose to be part of the government etc or so they said.

I had been told by the person on the end of the phone that it would take about 7-10 business days to get my package of enrolment papers to complete for the grant. I waited more than the 10 days about 15 days later i called the 800# on the cancelled check i had in my posession, a john from customer service stated they take 10 days from the day monies is taken from my account and count 21-28 days from that date and my " package would arrive within that time. Well needless to say it is 24 days and i still have not gotten my package or the $6000 but they have my $298! i have since closed this account and going to file appeal to get the monies back from the bank. Please if anyone can help get this company it would be of great benefit to all consumers !
