My daughter ordered a Motorola ZN5 was told it was new.  It came in a box with a charger and thats it just rattling around didnt even bother to stuff paper around it. Phone was used and didnt work hardly at all, some things did but it was clearly a used piece of crap. She contacted them for a return authorization and returned it immediatly only to have them refuse delivery.

Why dont you just tell people that you wont return it and then tell them to just stuff it. Instead of having them throw good money after bad and spend more on shipping. She is a young disabled girl with very little money of her own. She tried to replace her own phone when it broke so she wouldnt feel like a burdon on us. Far from fact I will pay her for the phone so she has her much needed money, She is a good kid tring to make it in a world filled with crooks like this.

Enjoy your hundred plus dollars stolen from from a young disabled girl who will work harder to cross the street and work for a week to get it than the few minutes it took to steal it from her. She will never know this happened because I dont want her to think she made a bad decion. But you can bet your a*s every single website, email and every single person I come in contact with will know how rotton and crooked you are that you can count on. GSM Monster / N1 Rips off young disabled girls.

Did she use a charge card?

If she used a charge card, you might be able to get your money back. Check with the credit card company.

There are other complaints on this company for doing the same thing to other people. Good luck to you both
