GSMMONSTER DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!! PRODUCTS DEFECTIVE AND NOT NEW AS ADVERTISED Cedarhurst New York

When my phone arrived, I charged it and it would not stay on. It would immediately turn itself off. Tried repeatedly to call GSMMONSTER and either the phone was busy or it would ring continually without being answered. Finally got through after 2 days and when I told the girl that I needed a return merchandise authorization, she hung up on me. I finally got through the next day and got a RMA, but was told that I had to ship item back before 7 days of my receiving phone and therefore it cost me over $24 to send it back UPS next day air. Which I did.

I sent the defective phone back UPS on January 16, 2009. I received their replacement on February 4, 2009. No surprise. It didn't work either. Because my daughter has the same phone, I used her battery and at least did get the phone to turn on. My complaint is that I bought and paid for a new phone and this one is obviously used and the battery is no good. You can see where a battery has been inside this phone. It is scuffed and dirty.

Again, I called GSMMONSTER with the same results. Busy line. I actually called on 3 phones at the same time and got one answered. When I told the girl I needed a RMA... I was put on hold until disconnected. Used 3 phones to call again and asked for supervisor. Got RMA after arguing and telling him that I had already contacted my credit card company and gotten a refund authorization. I explained that I have pictures to show this is not a "new" phone as advertised and I want a full credit.

I will return UPS and see what happens.

Please, Do Not Buy from GSMMONSTER. Save yourself the heartache and hassle of dealing with a company that is not selling "NEW" phones as advertised.
