ON JUNE 2ND. 2005, I PLACED AN ORDER FOR SOME CRYSTAL BEADS, I RECEIVED AND CONFIRMATION ORDER AND NUMBER FROM THE COMPANY BUT HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER.I HAVE E-MAILED THEM MANY TIMES ONLY FOR THE E-MAIL TO BE SENT BACK UNDELIVERABLE TO ME..I WENT BACK TO THE WEB-SITE AND AFTER LOOKING AROUND FOUND ANOTHER E-MAIL ADDRESS, IT CAME BACK THE SAME UNDELIVERABLE, I THEN FOUND THE LAST E-MAIL ADDRESS AND SENT OUT 2-3 E-MAILS THEY HAVE NOT COME BACK AS YET. I TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO CALL THE 800 NUMBER LISTED AND LONLY GOT A RECORDING, THEN I GOT THE PHINE NUMBER TO DIAL DIRECT AND WHEN CALLED THE SAME RECORDING COMES ON..I HAVE 2 ORDERS PLACED AND PAID WITH A C.C. ALL I WANT IS EITHER MY MONEY OR MERCHANDISE AND FOR THESE PEOPLE IF THEY ARE RIP OFFS TO BE PUNISHED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW...
