GT Foreign Imports Gregory Tim or Max promise something and did not delivered westchester ca

Purchase a salvage 2016 C-300 mercedes benz 06-01-17, put a deposit down of 500.00. After the initail deposit spoke with Max who works for dealership , since the car was a salvage 2016 ask if the warranty was still valid and I was told yes, I purchase the car sight unseen, but felt confident purchasing the car , since it still had a warranty until 2021, couple weeks later sent additional payments for the 2016 c-300 , ask again regarding the warranty and was told the same its good. Also inqired to ask once i pay off the car will I be given a temporary tag to drive it, was told yes, for 30 days. Purchase the car from Los Angles and was going to drive it to Hayward , Ca.

On 06-01-17 paid the entire balance of the car off 24k and  decided to have the car shipped. The car was dropped off at my house on 06-06-17, I was not at home at that time. When i got home i inspected the car and notice a few things wrong with the car, contacted Max to address some of the issues and I was told some of the issues could have been caused by the transporter company, so I decided i can deal with those since the company was not going to accept fault.

So I contated Mercedes Benz to diascuss my warranty and I was told that the warranty is voided to due the salvage title section 9. I sent Max a text stateing the facts , but never gotten a response back. later on that day I emailed Gregory Tim with an explanation of what i found out regarding my warranrty. He also was not cooperating, then i went on to let me know some of the other problems with the car, like I was told that i would received a temporary tag to drive my car, and that I was told my Max the car had a warrantyyet he went on about how i got a deal on the car, but he never addresses the 2 issues at habd, and that is the car has no warranty and I have not received a temporary tag like i was told by Max.

In his email he sent me today , he stated that I would have to go to the DMV and get my 30 day temporary tag , but yet no one ever disclosed that to me until today. Also prior to having my car delivered i ask Max if he can have my car washed and detailed before delivering it to me and he said he would. When I received my car on06-06-17, the car was filthy on the insideand the car was not wash as indicted by Gregory in his email, he meailed on 6-7-17, he writes the car was washed and very shiny and that I claimed the car was dirty. I sent him the photos of the interior of the car and just how dirty it was and he still denied it.

After that time i was looking for a resolution, I told him what I wanted from his company To be given my extended warrarnty, like i was told that comes with the car. I do not have anything in writing stating Max said that, it was very over the telephone twice. But as I explained to Max and Gregory, if If it would have been dislosed the car does not come with a extended warranty I would not have purchase the car. Iinformed them , i have purchase more than 4 mercedes off of the internet sight unseen , but they always came with a extended warranty.

Im only asking for what was told comes with the car, all the other monor issues I can handle, but I was mislead to purchasing the car because i was told it had a extended warranty and the only way i found out was to call Mercedes yesreday.
