WARNING TO ALL MORTGAGE BROKERS, LENDERS, ETC. GT ONE SOLUTIONS OR gtonesolutions.com is a mortgage lead scam. We purchased $500.00 worth of exclusive leads and we never got anything. at first the "Manager" Ron Jackson was very persistant, and persuasive. he even sent us a ligit looking contract with terms and conditions and other stuff. At first he wanted us to u.p.s him a cashiers check, we then u.p.s'd him a company check made payable to GT One Solutions, it was received by Ron Jackson and cashed by a company called The Best Finance Co. We then called 213-382-5334 and all we got was Ron Jackson's voicemail. to date he has not delivered. this is a scam. do not fall victim to this. he is taking advantage of the current situation with the mortgage industry, because mortgage brokers are struggling and they need good leads, so he promises the world and delivers nothing.
