First off, the company operates under many names... probably just a testimony to how shady they are.


Last year, I bought a "guaranteed computer package" for about $150. It was a huge pain because they wouldn't come out to the house, and did everything over the internet... which required them to call back about a dozen times to finally finish the job.

Well... after that, Trend Micro expired on my computer... a software I PAID for through this company. When I tried to renew my subscription, Trend flagged me as a software pirate after collecting my renewal information.

The copy of Trend Micro's Internet Security was a "cracked" version, and now they are threatening to take legal action. To make matters worse, I still have virusswat.com's "Custom" crap software displaying error messages all the time.

I have reported this company as the vendor that supplied the 'cracked' version of Trend Micro's product. This company registered my and other clients product using the email address "spam.abuse@911pcfix.com".


If any of you suspects any of these companies of doing the same to you, please report it to the FBI CyberCrimes division!

'harsh & unorthodox' Again, I speak and act the way I do because I am not stuck up or stuffy or geeky.
People appreciate my down to earth attitude, genuine & honest heart. This site is the equivalent of giving any crazy person or immature busybody, (like you), a bomb. What did the victims of 911 and the Oklahoma bombing do? They got mad, said insults and got angry. If you throw a bomb in my "store front" don't expect any different.....
"You prey on the vulnerable who have few resources and little know how" No, I made and delivered something others could not. ....Guaranteed Protection.... My clients are not stupid, they can add up the time, expense and hassle of taking care of their computer them self and compare it to having us do it all and get a guarantee that no one else can offer, & a direct line to expert computer help, that is local and honest. More and more people are using us not out of desperation because their PC is infected, but because they want to keep it maintained and protected without any hassle and they love our guarantee. If you add up the retail costs of JUST of the protection and maintenance software; a deep level and automated Defrag Program $29, Back up software that is automated and works with open files $69, Antivirus program that updates every 30 minutes $49, Antispyware program that updates every hour $29, that alone is over $176. My system does not slow down a computer, as a matter of fact, it makes a computer with Windows XP boot up twice as fast, run faster, it does the Windows Updates for you, scans, cleans, updates, checks your hard drive for errors, defrags, basically everything that my 20 years experience has taught me is important to keep a computer running and happy. On the other hand, if the person is infected and desperately needs help, 99% of the time, we clean it without loosing their documents and settings or installed programs or reinstalling windows. What does the geeksquad do? 90% of the time they format losing all the documents and settings, install fresh, and say "read the fine print" & pay me. We never format, and we honor our clients data and privacy above all else. We will sometimes spend days on one case to repair the operating system or recover their data from a broken hard drive. We do this all for a flat rate because people appreciate us and refer us and remember us and renew with us. This is ethical and honorable......"I suspect your ACTIONS are just as bad or worse than your crass language" If that were true, I would be all over this site like a rash for my promises, advertizing, or service! Ask any computer guy. They know how often and how their clients get infected. For us to offer a guarantee against that, is something the computer guy would think is insane. Only through my CPULOCK program is this possible. My other claims would be argued against, my service would be slandered. There is no one saying these things because we do all we can to make the clients happy because we are HONORABLE....... "As for the 'teenagers and family' running about your property, shame on you for allowing them to smoke and drink." OK, so now I am contributing to the delinquency of a minor???? If my daughters' friends smoke, I can not help that. She is a good girl, she stayed a virgin, I gave her random smoking tests, (she only failed once and was grounded for a month) and drug tests, (she always passed), and she got all A's all from the time I got full custody of her until she was 18 years old and now she will hopefully keep making the right choices. My other three kids are doing well as well........... "Be a man next time and let your ex wife have the house so that YOUR children and their mother have a safe place to live." She is a drunk, while under her care, a 12YO and 13YO girl were gang raped in the town of El Dorado. This is one of the reasons I got full custody of kids that I am not even the biological father of. A judge rarely gives custody of a child to the biological father, yet alone to someone who is not....... BTW, just what in the hell does any of your slander have to do with this site... As a matter of fact, who is ripping off who? I am a good guy with ethics, morals and a darn good service and if you slander me falsely, I get pissed, so what?

If the internet is your "STORE FRONT" then why do you continue to dirty your windows with all of your "harsh & unorthodox" language? Surely you would not want to patronize a restaurant that has cockroaches running around its' front door and vermin running about the property. This is exactly the impression that you are leaving on your internet "storefront." Perhaps if you are desperate and have no where else to eat you would eat at the above restaurant. The same is true for your customers I suspect. You prey on the vulnerable who have few resources and little know how. If you hope to even achieve a miniscule level of the success that Norton Antivirus has had then you need to shine your windows and clean your "storefront" by changing your attitude, ethics and communication skills. I would never offer my company name because I suspect your ACTIONS are just as bad or worse than your crass language. I don't plan on having MY business looking like your actual property or your "storefront." As for the "teenagers and family" running about your property, shame on you for allowing them to smoke and drink. Be a man next time and let your ex wife have the house so that YOUR children and their mother have a safe place to live. I write with a twist.. Harsh at times, a bit unorthodox, but just my style. It makes me personable and helps people realize that. It's by choice, not lack of education.

We excel in a virtual world, we are organized, honorable, honest and professional.
Through all my experience and abilities, I made something NO other business or person offers, Guaranteed Protection. Hmm, not bad. You don't even see Norton offering that.
We fix all the clients concerns and they do not pay if they are not happy.
This has only happened two times that I can remember. If the original person who made this complaint had the nerve to call me and identify themself, I would have given them back their money as well. Some people you just can not make happy.
As a business owner, you would know that.

We don't have any fine print, we make our clients happy.....period.....

There is no other computer repair business in the world that offers all inclusive service, fixing all issues, and then after the client says they are happy and everything is OK, we give them a three day window to remember anything else... Then a year Guarantee against viruses and spyware, something NO one else offers.
Given the fact that viruses and spyware are the #1 computer problem.. That is a big deal..
You can pass judgment, if you like, based upon my home, but my claims are unmatched.

"beer cans laying around" Ohh, really... Maybe if a dog got into our garbage.
"Multiple people live in this house"... active teenagers going in and out. Family... Sorry if that offends you.

So what if my house is thrashed... My ex wife thrashed it before I got it back from her in court, I have a bad back so I am limited physically, and I spend 20 hours a day working trying to provide for my family. Priorities. Business first.

PC fix 911 problems

It is very clear after reading the way that these people at PC FIX 911 reply to their customers that their level of customer service is lacking finesse. A company that is honest does not need to hide behind the use of offensive and uneducated language. Using profanity and crass rebuttles by the owner and employees only serves to degrade the quality of service that one can expect to receive as well as proving the point about the customers original complaint of pirated software. While visiting Cameron Park I often see their PC FIX 911 ambulance & their VIRUS SWAT truck parked in front of their house. The condition of a businesses property is good indication of the quality of their work. The house that these trucks are regularly housed at is an absolute mess. Garbage is strewn about the front lawn, grass is dead, weeds over grown, beer cans laying around, house falling apart etc... Multiple people live in this house and the manner in which they represent theirselves begs for professionalism. As an owner of a small business I know the importance of professional rebuttles. When a representative of a business uses elementary language and attitudes, that is exactly the level of service one can expect to receive. I have thought about using this company to solve some of my computer problems but after reading the comments on this forum and driving past the house on Cambridge drive in Cameron Park I think I will look for a company that portrays theirselves in a professional manner. Appearances and attitude are the forefront of any business. Unprofessional forefront equals unprofessional work.

I realized something this morning
I have some of my best ideas when I wake up, but this one is so obvious, I should have seen it before...

Every hacker, every thief, every crook, every bank robber, has one thing in common.... THEY TRY TO HIDE THEIR IDENTITY!!!!

If I "cracked" or stole a Trend Micro license, then I sure the HELL would not TELL THEM WHO I WAS!!!

If you did contact Trend, then it is a simple case of the Right hand did not know what the Left hand was doing. This happeneds a lot with big corporations.

I am sorry I did not think about this before as well, by you knowing 'spam.abuse@911pcfix.com' was the email we use to register Trend, this kinda proves you are an actual client and I would have treated you with more respect.

Look, if you insist upon playing cop, so be it, I will meet with you, show you your Purchas in our database, and show you where and how we Purchased it from Trend and explain the special arrangements we have with Trend and others. This special OEM agreement, is not something I wish to talk about publicly or my competition would copy me. However, it IS legitimate, legal and ethical.

Please understand, we stopped using Trend a while ago. We are using a better, more hassle free, faster antivirus program now. Trend 2007 and 2008 are horrible and annoying in our opinion.

Note the orders folder were the daily orders that we did once a day through our special OEM arrangement, the confirmation emails were when the client had Trend installed, the Returns were from the people that uninstalled our service-software-guarantee.

All this could have been settled with ONE phone call to us. Instead you have done damage to my reputation and slandered my software and system.

There are thousands of clients that are happy, some you just can not make happy.
BTW, I looked through my database and never once have we had to call someone 12 times.
Not once have we been sued.
Not once have we had a bad report file against us with the BBB.
Not once have we had a chargeback with our merchant account.

We do everything we can, all inclusive service to make clients happy.

I would be happy to give you your money back and I am sorry if I got upset by all of this and insulted you, but we DO try our very hardest to make people happy and for you to say such hurtful and damaging things

1. I say it again, I am a reseller for OEM versions of Trend. You obviously get to say and make up anything you like at this site without any shred of evidence and hide behind your slander. If we were ripping off Trend, I am sure they would have revoked our resale agreement a long time ago. Your version of Trend was a 2006 version that was customized by us, (not cracked), that spead it up and made it hassle free, installing automatically, updating automatically, and registering automatically. It was part of what we called the "PCFIX" back then. The license was paid for and bought through our special OEM agreement and link.

2. There is NO way in hell that the FBI would get involved in an empty slanderous thing. We installed legitimate, paid for, software, cleaned up your PC and gave you a year guarantee against malware. We did nothing wrong. IF you even contacted them or Trend, they are simply pacifying you.

3. You come off saying we installed "cracked" software and accused me of be malicious and many other bad things, and "I" am the one out of line? You are slandering something that is pure and helpfull to thousands of people. THOUSANDS of people are happy and come back to us year after year and we keep their family computers protected and clean and maintained through a system I worked very hard on for many years. Don't you think that I would be just the least bit offended by your lies? People are always blaming the "computer guy", I defended myself.

4. If your case was like many of the clients that we HELP, then you were infected. If my program CPULOCK was giving errors, well, I am sorry. There was a programming error that made it so my program did not update. It got stuck in between versions. Many clients had to manually update by clicking Start, Run, type in "udt" and press Enter. This would update everything and fix the errors. CPULOCK manages the OEM versions of the other software and if you uninstall it, it also uninstalls the other protection and maintenance programs we install. We have to do that to honor our special OEM agreements and so we can keep the prices down because the retail version costs $49 just for the Trend Internet Security. If you have a red icon on your desktop, you have the old version of CPULOCK that is stuck in between versions. If the icon is Blue, then you have the new version and there is NO known bugs with it. There has NEVER been ANY "lock ups" caused by CPULOCK nor the other software we install. This too was a lie. The errors from the version that was stuck in between updates were HARMLESS and only annoyances. The stuck in between updates version could also not uninstall correctly. If you update it, it will uninstall correctly, if you wish to remove our software.

I am not sure if you are for real and honestly just don't understand things OR if you are just some competition of mine trying to soil my good name. If you are for real, then you could contact me and I would GLADLY give you back your money.

We help people, we are honest and good. We do not lie steal or cheat.

The fact that you are so harsh in your comments proves your business sense is flawed. Instead of proving your point, you insult me, and try to turn your response into a cheap sales ad.

Trend Micro and the FBI agree that the fault is of this companies, and not my own. According to Trend, my "legal" copy you SOLD to me, was apparently used at least dozens of times.

As for your videos I contacted Channel 13, and their administrative office confirmed "Due to previous issues we will not recommend this company or affiliates." According to them, these video clips are really old and are on the list for removal.

Guaranteed PC FIX............. All of our expertise, 20 years of first hand experience, combined into a user friendly, package that is second to NONE!

Trend Micro was their complaint..
They said it was cracked software!

We did not do any thing wrong.. We are an OEM for Trend and others..
They tried to register through our account at Trend Micro because they were trying to save a few dollars and renew just one small part of our Guaranteed Protection package-system!
We offer GUARANTEED Protection, something NO other business on the planet will do.
Trend, or Avast, or Ewido or AVG are some of the third party companies we have OEM agreements with.

This is a VERY good thing and we do a VERY good service to THOUSANDS of people at a VERY low price.. The retail cost of just the software would cost over $200 but through our OEM agreement we can give our clients something unique and affordable..

If our claims were not true, then we would be all over here like a rash!
Q: What do most computer repair companies or geeks do when they come across an infected PC?
A: They format, start fresh, tell the client their data and settings are gone and they ave to spend DAYS, reinstalling, updating and configuring The Geeks revenge..LOL

We fix it, clean it, don't loose anything, make it boot up twice as fast and guarantee it against the #1 problem with computers, MALWARE, for a YEAR..

They also complained about having US to work on THEIR PC many times.. Something that is beneficial to THEM and cost US money, when we do the job at a FLAT RATE..
Rather silly to complain about US having to work so HARD for them for so darn little! They got excellent service.
What other computer service will clean up all the malware and fix ALL their computer issues and then Guarantee it for a year?
They complained about us HELPING them over the internet...
We DO offer onsite service as well, but with gas prices the way they are, we do have to charge a small onsite fee. We try to do our work over the internet to save the CLIENT money.
It's not our fault they did not want to PAY to have us come out.
I hate it when you try to help someone, who apparently has mental issues and can not understand when someone is actually trying to HELP them, and then getting this kind of abuse.. Not all computer guys are BAD!

Cracked software?
I think it is self evident that they are the one on "crack".

Judge for your self, while most "computer guys" or "computer repair" businesses are on the news for fraud or other bad reasons, we get asked to be ON the NEWS for GOOD reasons, MANY times, because we are honest and GOOD!!!
