I attempted several times to reach these people via phone & live chat...I only attempted to reach them 5 or 6 times and when I finally was able to get someone via the live chat...this is what she said to me.

I never did anything to deserve such treatment by this young lady. They need to fire her or GO OUT OF BUSINESS bedcause I will be all over the forums telling people how CRAPPY they treat people looking to spend GOOD Hardearned MONEY with them. Unbelievable!!!

Shon Cary was not ripped off. In fact he NEVER made a purchase. It's a shame that people are allowed to post just anything on this website.
Shon Cary only received the response he got after messaging me numerous times only to flirt and carry on. I had finally had enough the last time he messaged. He then informed me that he would be filing a ripoff report. I was bewildered that posting a ripoff report would enter his mind when he had never made a purchase from us. I then informed him that this website is for people who had been or who claim to have been ripped off.
He went ahead with the report.
Pretty weird if you ask me.
