I bought a Dri Tech waterproof Mattress protector from Sleepys when i purchased a new mattress set in June 2012, the protector claimed to keep all stains off the mattress, if it doesnt they will have the mattress cleaned and stains removed, if they couldnt remove the stains they would replace the mattress, so i paid the $200 for the mattress protector.

In the beginning of April 2013 i discovered my child had sweat threw the protector onto the mattress, i called the warranty number and couldnt get anyone on the phone i left repeated messages. but took weeks to get someone on the phone, even though i called every day. I finally pushed random extensions and got someone.

They stated email a copy of the invoice and they would schedule a tech to come out, so i did. Tech came out a few days later and cleaned it, but the stains would not come out. so that day i emailed the representative who had opened the claim, Kristen, who stated to take a pic and send it after its completely dry. did that.

Yet she did not call back or email, she avoided phone calls. so again i started dialing random extensions and got another manager after being passed around, they stated they had internal issues and got rid of the "bad" employees. Was told id get a call back the next morning, never did. so i kept calling.

finally got someone on the phone again, mind you this took about 60 attempts. they stated they denied my claim because it was not one incident and the stains werent sweat i was a liar. and they had already done a courtesy cleaning so i wasnt entitled to anything else. So i asked for the president of the company who called me back and was RUDE as well. Told me that i shouldnt let me kids on the bed, deal with it.

Every person i did actually get on the phone was nasty, belittling, and just didnt care. They refuse to call back, you have to track them down, and they DO NOT follow the warranty. Total waste of money!!!!!!!
