A year ago I had bought a car, with warranty, a little over 5 weeks ago the car purchased was smoking from tail pipe. Not knowing what was going on, I took it to the dealer where I bought the car, assuming I would get assistance.  At the time dealer was open, Phil the dealer # 6142216200 no longer in service, told me to take it to the mechanic Firestone where he mentioned where he takes his cars to have at looked at and to connect the Warranty Company, so I did what I was told. A week ago I called the dealer Called Cousin Car lot on E. Broad St. in Columbus, Ohio. The man running the place told me to call him just in case, if any further assistance , in  the hopes the warranty people would cover the cost of the
engine well when calling the dealer phone is off and I  was told it went out of business thru the Finance Company. 
 I called Guardian the finance company person I spoke to at  Guardian Julie 6145278710, and GWC Finance spoke to a  John 8004827257 ext. 210 then 199 prompt, speaking to these people stating they would help nothing has happened, also  the Warranty Company said they will not do  anything due the fact it is not an engine problem, attach you will see , the engine diagnostic test.
 Now because over the long wait and nothing has been down with the car, the Firestone Company located on 180 3rd St. Columbus, Ohio 43215 spoke with a Tom 6142244221, was told the car was impounded. The place in pounded Proto 614 444 8697.
 Please forgive I have never gone thru this, not sure how to  seek help or where to go. I kept every document and am sending over everything from Firestone document to GWC Warranty Company, to Guardian Finance. Car purchase and  so forth if needed anything else, I praying I can get
some help. I do feel I was taken, I was loyal lost money and no car. I was also told that I would be held liable. I did what I was supposed to do, and I also notice when Firestone checked the car they put on there that the mileage was 140,326 false estimation from Firestone. I took photo
of the mileage it estimates at 124,648, another red flag!!
Please help if nothing else, I hope I can help someone else who has been taken advantage of .I have kept every receipts done maintenance on the car.
